Just like i mentioned in the previous tip about knowing who your target market is/are. Now this is integral in knowing how well your business can function. This tip deals with knowing certain things like

- What they do for a living
- Their age bracket
- How much they are willing to pay and for how many quantity
These things listed above are just a few of the necessary things to know before setting of on a business.
5. Evaluate your financial standing
While running a business, the influence of finances in business cannot be over emphasized, for virtually any idea to be executed money must be involved. This brings me to the point that before you start a business you need to count the cost before venturing in.
Peradventure you have started of the business, a proper outline of your cash inflow and outflow will also affect your business growth and life span.
Therefore, you need to be financially accountable for every expenses you make while running your business. This helps you know your growth margin among other vital things.
6. Establish a network
Many at times, you can’t build a business in isolation, you need a few more hands to help you achieve certain things. A support network can come in at this point. Leveraging on several opportunities can help you scale up your business to imaginable heights.

7. Ensure you are creating value

These gaps you are trying to fill must be one that creates value. To find out how to identify which business gives value, you need to identify answer some pertinent questions such as
- What does your target market wants and is my business giving it to them?
- How best can i optimize their wants even if what i’m offering is probably not their primary need?
Questions like this can help you steer your business in a successful direction more.
